San Diego County Wins 54 Awards from NACo in 2023

The National Association of Counties bestowed 54 awards on San Diego this year, according to the county’s Communications Office.

Achievement awards were given across 15 categories including county resiliency, human services, information technology, health, community and economic development, criminal justice and public safety, children and youth, risk and emergency management, and civic education and public information.

San Diego was recognized for its comprehensive broadband plan, the $10 million Capital Emergency Housing Solutions Grant Program, Beach & Bay Program DDPCR Testing, Bridging the Digital Divide to Promote Social Inclusion, and many more.
