South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD):  2015 Carl Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program (CMP)

Amount: Projects shall not exceed the maximum cost-effectiveness limit of $17,720 per ton of weighted emissions reduced.
